further discuss two new versions that we have recently introduced: disassembled and entirely transportable space
capsule houses.
The disassembled version of our space capsule house is a highly flexible solution that can be assembled according
to the needs of clients. Each wall panel is half-width, with four sealing strips connecting them together, forming
a complete space without needing to be poured and glued again. This design not only makes transportation and
installation easier but also saves materials.
Most importantly, this design provides excellent thermal insulation, soundproofing, and weather resistance. The
double-layer aluminum board has an 80mm thick wall with a 100mm thick hollow layer in the middle and another 80mm
thick outer layer. This structure allows the space capsule house to maintain a comfortable temperature in extreme
cold or hot environments.
In addition, this design can better solve the problems of corrosion, rust, and termite damage. The double-layer
aluminum board has an outer protective layer that prevents internal damage from environmental factors, making the
entire system more durable and long-lasting.
Advantages of Entirely Transportable Version
On the other hand, the entirely transportable version of our space capsule house is a pre-fabricated product that
can be directly transported to the site for installation and use. These houses are already equipped with all
necessary pipelines and interfaces in the factory, only requiring connection to water and electricity to function.
